- Grade II Work Safety Standardization
- 160+ trained on-site O&M staff
- Kesaiyi: passed the periodic dam safety inspection by the National Energy Administration’s dam safety center

Working with host communities
- Shiwanghe: a leaking open canal replaced with a pressure tunnel, ending seepage that affected nearby villages
- Nepal: land predominantly state-owned; resettlement limited and under way
